Mondelez - IS Infrastructure MIT Region Deployment Lead - Manufacturing Domain - AMEA Region

Purpose of the Role :

Lead best in class project delivery of Plant Infrastructure systems projects, which build and transform infrastructure capabilities within the Manufacturing environment. Deploy these capabilities to the region plants, in order to enable ITS Manufacturing operational excellence and MDLZ business outcomes.

Main Responsibility :

- Provide project management services to transform plant IT infrastructure to ITS levels.

- Responsible for the delivery lifecycle of all manufacturing infrastructure projects within a region (including non-discretionary projects) with direct responsibility in managing the project budget & business case, functional scope, build quality, deployment schedule and operational readiness for all markets/regions in the delivery scope.

- Responsible for business case data collection in partnership with PD Capability Deployment Lead - MIT, ITS Plant BE, ITS Regional Plant Lead, SMO Infra Towers, and strategic partners.

- Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include benefits across, costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk

- Ensure benefit realization is maximized through accelerated deployment

- Accountable to deliver new solutions following the enterprise architecture guidelines, MINT standards and within the roadmap defined by GSOs

- Own the quality assurance with MDLZ & External partners in all phases of project delivery till project is successfully transitioned to sustain organization in Service Management & Operation function

- Coordinates and aligns the plan & deliverables with cross-functional dependencies within Infrastructure Capability areas, Markets and Service Management & Operations

- Liasons with the Regiona ITS Plant Lead to communicate Infrastructure portfolio implications to the region ie. end user experience, timeline, etc. and understanding regional priorities.

Career Experience :

- Minimum of 7 years of IT and business/industry work experience. Manufacturing experience a plus.

- Experience of large program / project delivery in multiple regional locations (40+ plants)

- Demonstrated ability to deliver concurrent IT projects on time and within budget

- Work in an international environment with some travel
