Experience: 3+ Years Purpose of Role : The Assistant Merchandising Manager is responsible for championing the winning execution in store by driving timely dispatch of POSM material to pan India depots. The person actively works with the Merchandising Manager & TMS ( external 3P sourcing Agency) to ensure that all sourcing is done in compliance with Mondel- z International procurement policies and guidelines. He also collaborates with external vendors to identify the right suppliers for host of POB solutions. The person also manages the logistics of Visicoolers assets from suppliers to POB warehouse and pan India depots. The person liases with Procurement, SAP, Coupa team for day to day smooth functioning Main Responsibilities : a. Management of PR & PO Process - Co-ordinate with vendors in getting quotations - Liaising with master data team for new code creations - Coordinate with RE team in getting depot allocation - Creating Purchase requisition as per depot allocation - Liaising with procurement team for creating PO - Track progress on PO creation with procurement team (multiple follow-ups) and ensure timely release of PO. b. Vendor Management - Get prototypes from suppliers as per agreed specs and samples - Issuing purchase orders to suppliers - Get print production sample approved from stake holders - Liaising with suppliers and transporter on tracking dispatches c. Managing POB Logistic process - Coordinate with RE team and get depot allocations - Liaising with branch to get required permits and documents for POB and VC movement - Coordinating with suppliers and transporters on dispatch of POB/VC - Tracking transportations process - Coordinating with depots for GRN d. Financial management - Liaising with RE and finance team for WBS creation and approval - Coordinate with stake holders for PO approval - Checking bills submitted by suppliers and POB transporter - Bill processing with necessary approvals from stakeholders - Liaising with genpact team for bills processing and vendor payments - Updating suppliers on bills payment status e. Reports & MIS - Collate reports for CAPEX team on spends and documentations - Share reports to finance on monthly spend & provisions - Sharing reports to HO on category wise, RE wise and activity wise spends - Share SAP data into standard report templates and sharing it with HO team - Coordinate with transporters in getting POB/VS dispatch updates f. Managing VC logistics: Networks with different stakeholders to manage logistics of Visicoolers dispatch and deployment, average 50K machines deployed phased through the year - Coordinate with HO & Branch team in collating execution plans - Track & Monitor production & dispatch's status with suppliers, depot and 3parties - Deployment and asset tracking with 3p and branch on daily basis - Collate & share deployment reports with branches and HO teams on daily basis g. Exclusive POB depot managing - Liaising with procurement team for hiring storage space for VC - Sharing relevant Inward process for POSM and VC's as per stipulated SOP - Frequent visits to depots for checking VC storage/process and ensuring smoothly and on timely movements - Ensuring SIT from exclusive depot is done as per process and Plan shared h. Support Perfect POS Worktracks - Assist all Paper work for imports/ customs clearance of POB samples from different countries - Manage all documentation and processes to support export of require samples from India to differ country Career Experiences Required & Role Implications : - Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. - Good inter-personal and communication skills - Ability to work individually and under minimal supervision - Impeccable track record on integrity and should be transparent in internal & external dealings/ interactions. - Should follow processes with high accountability & service orientation.
