Analytics Manager Purpose of Role : Product Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating and supporting in the development of Order to Cash Analytics Products to meet business requirements and provide business value identified as part of product roadmap. Career Experiences Required & Role Implications : - 'Bachelor degree or higher in IT, Engineering, Business Analytics or related discipline - Experience of CPG or FMCG industry related experience in development and application of analytical solutions - Experience in working with Google Cloud, Python, SQL, Machine Learning and other analytical solution - Subject matter expertise in Order to Cash processes and data - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Main Responsibilities : - 'Create user-oriented data and analytics requirements and specifications and, as required, the testing of products designed to meet those requirements. - Assist in the development and execution of projects by providing estimates for timely delivery of analytics products. - Assist vendors in the creation and validation of documentation for product releases. - Assist vendor developers in interpreting requirements during the design, development, and unit/integration testing phases. - Work with stakeholders including data, design and product teams and assisting them with data-related technical topics. - Deep knowledge in data for subject area (Order to Cash). - Communicate data availability and challenges. Determine approach to data ingestion, transformation and modeling for analytical products. - Facilitate resolution to requirements conflicts among stakeholder groups. Functional Competency : - Knowledge of key elements of effective data and analytics solution requirements/specifications - data ingestion, transformation, data modeling - Experience of one or more full product development lifecycles, around Agile framework (DevOps, Scrum etc) - Strong IT systems understanding including systems connectivity/integration - Knowledge of analytics concept from data warehouse to machine learning - Project Management Skills Stakeholders to Manage : External Stakeholders : Software providers and consultants Internal Stakeholder : - Order to Cash COE and market and functional Data SMEs - D&A Data experts - modelers and engineers
