Opening for Regional Head - Mumbai and Kolkata
Qualifications :- Graduate (Post Graduate would be preferred with specialization in Sales & Marketing)
Experience:- 10-20 years' experience in the BFSI sector preferably in a Stock Broking firm.
Functional Responsibilities :
- Managing profit centre operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources.
- Ensuring that team achieves pre-defined business targets in terms of revenue generation, profitability and relationships acquired
- Focusing on new client acquisition in HNI segment by offering differentiated products and services.
- Coordinating with the Research & Product Development team to meet client specific requirement and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Promoting cross selling of fee based products by adopting holistic approach of Portfolio Management.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all the regulatory rules and regulations governing the financial services industry.
- Ensuring that the branches are adequately staffed with quality resources; that the team members are highly motivated and trained to achieve the business targets.
- Conducting and assisting in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities in the region and ensuring the active participation of all the team members.
- Keeping oneself updated with the recent developments in the Financial Markets and the Domestic/Global Economy.
Functional Competencies
- Sound understanding about the Capital markets and other inter-linked asset classes.
- Fairly good knowledge of the fee based products like Mutual Funds, Insurance etc.
