We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to take complete charge of the Digital business for the given set of clients, and ensure adoption of Digital as a key marketing/advertising medium for the brand. One should be able to drive ideas and manage day to day tasks on various digital marketing channels and the shifting ecosystem.

At Momspresso, we are driven by our purpose of empowering women to express themselves and earn through our platform. 65000 Creators share blogs and vlogs in 10 different languages through the app, making us India's largest user-generated content platform for women, with 30 million of them visiting the site every month. The micro-influencer platform Momspresso MyMoney enables women to earn by participating in marketing campaigns from brands they use and love.

We are part of Honasa Consumer Pvt Ltd, owners of the Mamaearth brand, which recently became a unicorn. They are backed by Sequoia, Fireside Ventures and Sofina.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to fast-track our Digital business for the given set of clients, and ensure adoption of Digital as a key marketing/advertising medium for the brand.

As a Growth Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and supporting activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling.

Working cross-functionally with the product management, design, tech and brand solutions teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives.

Our ideal candidate for this role is an expert in digital marketing, analytical and knowledgeable in using various analytic tools including Google Analytics.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, including but not limited to managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and YouTube channel optimization

- Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences

- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)

- Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends, etc.) during market research to find ways to enhance the company's marketing efforts

- Ensure the company blog and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience

- Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies

Must Have:

- Strong Excel & PowerPoint competency

- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns, with samples and results of past campaigns

- Expertise with SEO and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

- Preferable requirement - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Systems)

- Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.

- Strong Excel & PowerPoint competency
