Responsibilities : Nurture a positive working environment that allows for constant development and engagement. Design and implement a healthy work environment through HR policies, namely Induction & On-boarding, Incentives/R&R, exit process etc. Bring best practices in the organisation. Ensure high performance by developing and managing an optimal Performance Appraisal system. Manage day-to-day employee-related matters, including leaves, attendance, payroll, grievances etc, in a timely, effective, principles-based manner The ideal candidate must have : 1-3 years of experience in multiple areas of Human Resource Management. Understanding of the importance of highly satisfied and motivated employees.- Experience in managing a performance appraisal cycle.- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated an ability to partner within and outside of HR. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.- Strong work ethic and unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence. Attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.Note: We are not looking for candidates from Talent Acquisition background.
