Job Description: Business Analyst

Mom's belief empowers parents of developmentally disabled children with resources that enable them to engage their child in learning and promote growth. In the program, parents work with a child psychologist to assess their child and create an individualized education plan. Learning resources are customized according to the child's specific needs, and the resources are delivered to the home. Mom's belief Target Group: Children who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, learning disability and intellectual disability.

Position : Business Analyst

Experience : 2 - 6 Years

Reporting to : CEO

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

- Creating progress reports, proposals and other documents and presentations for active tracking and implementation of existing and new programs.

- Focus on hands-on implementation and impact of various process, and business changes, with a very high degree of accountability.

- Managing CEO office research

- Managing US project with Moms belief US employees and partners.

Education Qualification

- Minimum bachelor's degree level from any recognized University in India.

- MBA degree preferred
