Position Overview:

Momentum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing Services to lead our marketing team and drive the delivery of all marketing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the marketing team, understanding industry trends, and suggesting services to align with market demands. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of growth marketing and SaaS industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the marketing services team, including setting objectives, providing guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing projects.

- Oversee all marketing processes, ensuring seamless delivery, optimal results, and the development and implementation of clear and efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with client-partners to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

- Implement and follow established reporting processes to provide clear and insightful data visualization for client communication and internal decision-making.

- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and drive results.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support client-partner acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client-partner needs and tailor marketing services accordingly.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new service offerings.

- Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within marketing processes and services.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the marketing team.

- Partner with sales and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and a unified client experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, with 1+ year in a leadership or managerial capacity.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the SaaS industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
