Head E-Commerce

- Experience leading a D2C e-commerce product brand with strong hands-on experience

- Has successfully scaled the topline across online marketplace/own website and managed large budgets

- Responsible for managing the overall P&L

- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing and reporting

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies in order to optimize and improve website experience and performance

- Deliver data-driven strategies in order to achieve targets and KPIs

- Oversee or directly manage 360 digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, display, affiliates and email marketing and social media

- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, finance and operations teams

- Proven track record in scaling/building a digital-first consumer brand, preferably at a startup/young company

- Very strong with data and analytics

- Exceptional communication skills

- Ability to lead from the front

- Strong team player
