Molbio Diagnostics - Executive - Accounts & Finance

1. Compliance:

1.1. To create and maintain compliance tracker of Direct Tax / Indirect Tax

1.2. To ensure timely file the all-Statutory Returns.

1.3. To keep a track of all notices received from Statutory Bodies / Tax Authorities

1.4. To ensure timely payment of TDS, TCS (Every month 7th)

2. Statutory Returns:

2.1. To ensure TDS Returns to filled Quarterly on 30th of the next Month

2.2. To help in Income Tax Returns to be filled on or before due date (Once in Year)

2.3. To help in preparation in Form 3CA and CD

3. MIS:

3.1. To assist in monthly MIS.

3.2. To provide Inventory Ageing & do the Reconciliation with Stock Ledger monthly

3.3. Bank Reconciliations

4. Audit:

4.1. To ensure timely provide data asked by our auditors.

4.2. To Calculate depreciation for the year & pass the entries in Books.

4.3. Passing offline entries raised by our auditors during and after audit time

4.4. Calculate Foreign Exchange difference & pass necessary entries in books.

4.5. Matching finalized financials with our books of accounts.

4.6. Closing the books of accounts after year ended.

4.7. Prepare the financial and relevant schedules and supporting.

General Duties:

4.8. Processing Sales staff field expenses monthly & matching the ledgers.

4.9. To do the calculation in Saral TDS on Salaries every month.

4.10. Processing Payments of EPF, ESIC, LWF & PT every month.

4.11. Providing finance related data to file government Tenders & Assist to file a tender online.

5. Month End Activity:

5.1. Maintain Activity Rate in SAP Work Center Wise

5.2. Costing Run & Analysis

5.3. WIP Calculation

5.4. Variance Calculation

5.5. Process Order Settlement

5.6. Maintenance order Settlement

5.7. Running Allocation Cycles

5.8. JV Posting
