Job Description:
Human Resource & Administration:
- Recruitment and Selection, Talent acquisition succession planning,
- New Joining Formalities, Onboarding, orientation Induction,
- Performance appraisals, Employee engagement, HR monthly presentations,
- Working on site policies ,On roll and off roll payroll of site,
- Statutory compliances Prepare & issue various letters to employees (offer, appointment letter, increment/promotion, experience, reliving, Memo, Notice circulars, teasers),
- Digitalization of files, full and final settlement, issuing all types of letters notices etc.
- Time office Management, Execution of contracts, PF and ESIC Registration, Mediclaims settlements.
- Vendor management, Transport, Housekeeping, Security, Pantry, Canteen, Office stationery, Flight booking, Hotel booking, managing visits and food, preparing telephone directory and circulation, creating bank accounts, and linking with salary, Managing MIS, managing leave cards of contract employees. Conducting Audits. Vendor management, Medicals, Agreements, Transport, Consultants, etc.
- Handled internal Audit, WHO Audit, ISO documents, USFDA, FDA audits independently.
- Independently liaison with all government departments for Licence & approvals .
- Formation of policies and committes (POSH, Canteen committee, Welfare committee, Safety)
- Responsible for all legal compliance & liaisoning with government authority.
- Implementation of Policies as per the requirement on the site.
