We're looking for a Marketing Generalist with a strong marketing background to grow the Online Booking business. You will be responsible for generating demand for MOJOJO Online Booking by planning and executing different online and offline marketing campaigns across Bangalore, India.

The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, team-oriented, an effective communicator, and be able to focus on what matters with rapidly changing priorities. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated history of generating growth by using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. An understanding of, and passion for, technology is highly desired.

Day to Day Activity:

1. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns with different stakeholders both inside and outside the organization

2. Direct the development and execution of marketing communication initiatives including promotional campaigns, up-sell, brand awareness, etc.

3. Find new avenues to generate demand through unconventional marketing techniques

4. Manage ongoing communication efforts to better articulate the messaging of our brand through marketing copy on our Website/App and collateral. And, manage brand awareness and consistency across all customer facing assets.

5. Synthesize, analyze and report marketing campaign metrics.

6. Make decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion

7. Define media strategy and act as spokesperson with press, analysts and at industry events

Frequent business reviews with the executive team that includes analytical review of lead generation efforts, tactical reviews and marketing return on investment will be expected.

Here's what we're looking for:

1. People with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. Preferred, if the person comes from marketing planning and execution background with a consumer tech player or agency serving a similar organization

2. Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.

3. Takes initiative. Doesn't wait to be asked. Plans efficiently while avoiding analysis paralysis

4. Develops original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations or problems.

5. Strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and produce results in a fast-paced environment

6. Strong communication skills: experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
