Job Role - Interface with the New Product Development team to identify new SKUs to launch - Interface with formulation experts to convert NPD team's requirements to manufacturing formulations - Build relationships with manufacturers across the country and be up to date on market pulse wrt cost, timelines, raw material availability, market demand - Selection, negotiation and empanelment of different manufacturing partners along with assessment of their capabilities, MoQ, expansion feasibility, SKU expertise, pricing and TAT - Liaising with manufacturing partners to drive down costs of RM and PM - Coordinate with finance teams for raising of POs and managing working capital cycles with manufacturing partners - Oversee first mile logistics of SKUs from pan India manufacturing facilities to pan India Mojocare warehouses - Identify packaging partners to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials as per requirement of Branding team - Work with demand planning team to maintain minimum inventory protocols across SKUs and place timely orders with manufacturing partners - Oversee and track manufacturing cycle from raising PO to procurement of raw materials to testing of RM to receiving of PM to production to dispatch to QC test of received goods - Coordinating with distributors and stockists to ensure availability of stock across all channels - Periodic reporting and reviews with manufacturers on performance metrics and remove/improve the bad actors in the system - Periodic visits to factories to check SOPs and quality service levels being maintained - Identify process improvement and automation opportunities - Design dash lets and ensure data sanity to give real-time visibility of important metrics to the senior leadership - Build a high-performance team to deliver operational excellence Requirements - 3-8 years of experience manufacturing, production, BD and packaging - Experience in a D2C e-commerce environment and a health and wellness/pharma manufacturer or brand - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with the manufacturing fraternity - Previous experience of having worked with different manufacturers across the country in health and wellness - Experienced scale of managing POs of INR 2L to 2 Cr and 20+ POs per month - Strong excel and quant skills to do data analysis and draw meaningful insights - Full professional proficiency in English and Hindi.
