Business Analyst - Marketplace
As a Business Analyst in the Marketplace team, you would be responsible for defining, tracking and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders
Responsibilities :
- You will review daily KPIs and proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats to the business
- You will execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights
- You will recommend improvements to all marketplace stakeholders and prepare reports for productivity programs
- You will drive the team to adopt new and innovative ways of solving business problems
- You can expect yourself to work on the following kinds of analysis on a daily basis - sales, pricing, revenue, demand planning and forecasting
Requirements :
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute
- 1 to 3 years of experience in category/growth roles, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Stronghold on numbers to understand how and what moves P&L for a category
- Penchant for business and persistence to work with data to derive insights
- A keen learner and someone who is willing to adapt to new environments
Skills : MS Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (good to have)
