We are looking for a business savvy Manager - Training & Quality who will be responsible for end-to-end development and implementation of training modules and quality assessment for all incoming personnel in the inside sales department. The candidate will enhance the effectiveness, productivity and business impact of the sales team keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Job Role :

- Understand business needs and train front line sales teams to sell better, faster and more efficiently.

- Signing off the new hires (Control Tower Executives, Sales Associates etc) for their readiness to hit the floor.

- Design dashlets to assess call quality scores and ensure robust feedback loop for agents to work on their shortcomings.

- Own content and knowledge base management (Classroom and OJT) for company briefs, processes, tools, script etc. by working with cross-functional teams in various business units to drive initiatives end-to-end and co-create programs/plans.

- Maintain SOPs, conduct periodic reviews, and coordinate initiation/revision of processes as necessary

- Improve recruiting practices and forecast hiring needs

- Regular check-ins to understand the morale and challenges faced by the new employees

- Build a champion team of junior trainers and auditors to handle scale

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Training/Quality/Audit or similar role

- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative personality and the ability to build rapport with multiple functions and teams

- Strong excel and PPT skills to do data analysis and develop training modules.

- Full professional proficiency in English and Hindi. Limited/full working proficiency in regional languages is a plus.

- Undergraduate degree with notable co-curricular achievements is a must.

- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.

- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore to work closely with the team.
