The incumbent will responsible for following : - Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. - Responsible for new account acquisition strategy development and execution for products. Also, conduct brand management activities to achieve Volume &amp; Market Share. - Manage entire Sales &amp; Marketing. Closely work with Sales team to improve on volumes as well as Market share. - Consult with senior management to implement current, annual, and long-term business development objectives for the organization. - Competitor Analysis and generate business plans to achieve targets. - Ensure profitability through pricing strategies. - Monitoring and improving on brand/product. - Design product and pricing strategies to acquire more customers. - Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievements. - Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth. - Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. - Closely work with Product Development to ensure timely Launches. - Lead all Mass Media &amp; Digital campaigns. - Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives. - Strategic direction for promotion and advertising, sales growth and customer satisfaction. - Responsible for managing all brands, distribution channels, and deployment of sales for the organization. - Specific responsibilities include business and market development, customer management, management of market research. - Dealer/Distributor Management. - Institutional Sales/Channel Sales.
