Strategy & Ops Manager / EA to CEO

JD :

- Acting as the EA to CEO in order to assist the CEO & Management team in every strategic programs management areas

- Working closely with the leadership team to integrate and align all the strategy & operational goals

- Program management for consolidating Weekly & monthly key areas of focus

- Develop compelling, insightful recommendations through data, analysis and qualitative learning

- Create and monitor reports to help teams identify performance issues, trends and opportunities

- Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making at all levels

- Identify and prioritize the company's biggest challenges and strategic initiatives with the management team and champion them from start to finish with minimal guidance

- Project manage special initiatives from time to time

Qualifications & Skills :

- MBA from top B schools (MDI, IIFT, IMT, NITIE, FMS & likes)

- 0-2 years work experience (Fresh MBA welcome)

- Strong Program management skills

- Strong cross-functional work attitude

- Ability to understand complexity of business strategy in a tech-based B2B commerce start-up

- strong willingness to get exposure to overall corporate strategy

- Orientation towards business intelligence & analytics
