Senior Manager, Strategic Sales- Packaging (Bangalore/ Chennai)

Role Objective :

- This role demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking. The profile allows the candidate to take strategic actions for with intent of customer acquisition in the segment of Packaging. Project leadership skills which will be contributing towards the success of the organization.

Role Responsibilities :

- Building strategic partnerships with key industrial brands pan-India & driving business effectively (Sectors: Pharma, FMCG, FMCD, Food etc)

- Target companies with Turnover 500 to 2000 Cr

- CXO, Promoter connect to get relevant B2B customer on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.

Qualification and Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account management & Operations in Packaging space

- Startup experience would be an added advantage. Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry

- Excellent in communication & people management skills
