Role Objective

The role requires a detail-oriented, thorough and organized Sales and Customer Service professional to head the team managing resellers and traders and working on acquiring new customers through inside sales & cold calling methods, and in the process provide excellent customer service while driving revenue growth for the business unit.

Deliver customer-oriented metrics and analytics by evaluating available data and methods to select measurements, reports and metrics that provide clear and valuable insights into customer behavior, experience and loyalty

Oversee operations including development of policies, procedures and systems, performance monitoring and improvement, personnel management, ongoing reporting and analytics, and maintaining equipment/system adequacy

Role Responsibilities

- Ensure that customers have an excellent experience as reflected in customers- net promoter scores, retention rates and other measures of satisfaction.

- Capture and organize Voice of the Customer feedback through surveys, critical situations, social media into strategic improvement projects.

- Understanding of the numerous diverse customer groups and create targeted strategies enabling the Plan to realize value from every customer interaction and relationship

- Monitor, classify and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

- Understand the needs of customers to make real time strategy updates.

- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.

- Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules

- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and important business metrics against given targets

- Maintain a comprehensive customer cohort dashboard and manage high quality CRM

- Supervise sales representatives and assistants and work closely with them while closing sales

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Graduation and Post-Graduation from a Tier 1/Tier 2 college
