Sr. Manager / Director role in Ecommerce Sales & Business development function would be a key role in scaling up Moglix's Ecommerce business vertical driving topline growth formulating and executing various strategies across category management, sales planning, marketing & merchandising

Key responsibilities would be

- Driving GMV and Gross/Net sales through various Ecommerce driven sales channel

- Driving demand generation and driving sales through Saas platform

- Planning Top line growth strategies and executing the same leading a cross functional team

- Leading a team of Sales channels for driving category portfolio and customer portfolio

- Building category assortment to ensure sales through

- Working out various online and offline sales strategies

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with

- MBA or equivalent degree from a premiere B school (preferably 2014/15/16/17 pass out)

- Strong analytical background preferably with Science / Engineering / Economics background

- Strong commercial negotiation skill

- Capability in envisioning to grow a business to greater heights with innovation

- Eye for detail without losing the macro sight

- Extremely hardworking ability

- Passion to create an impact in the focus area

- Natural leadership skill to lead a diverse team

- Excellent communications and inter-personal skill to coordinate with different function and handle cross functional conflict situations

- Strong positive and go-getter attitude

- Willingness to travel to any place for the business requirements
