Customer Service & Operations team is responsible for managing all the customer orders booked and delivering the orders to the customers' delight. it's highly exciting and challenging Operations role and the team is expected to bring the best of operations excellence and team work method to make Moglix's customer service & operations the best in class function in the industry.

The broad roles and responsibilities for the team include:

Adhering to the prescribed and promised TAT of order processing, shipment and delivery

Continuous cost reduction in the order delivery

Continuous process improvement and excellence in customer experience in delivery

Continuous check on the quality of the goods supplied

Supplier and customer issue resolutions for ensuring a smooth marketplace functioning

The suitable candidate for the Senior Manager / Director role for this function would be someone with

MBA from top B school (IIM/NITIE or equivalent)

Min 4/5 years of similar and relevant experience

Excellent analytics and process defining skill

Excellent team leadership capability while steady focus on process orientation

Knowledge of ecommerce process and B2B taxations
