Senior Manager/Associate Director - Strategy & Market Research

Role Objective : 

- We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges.

- He/ She'll be working with the CEO and the Leadership team on market research and business strategy for business growth

Role Responsibilities : 

- Market research and analysis of the ecosystem in which Moglix operates - Manufacturing & neighborhood sectors, both Indian and global

- Competitor mapping & trends in the sector

- Research for both organic and inorganic growth. For inorganic growth, researching companies in the space who can be potential acquisition targets

- Researching new business areas and business models. Supporting business units and working with the leadership team in strategic partnerships

Bias towards Action and taking Idea to Execution

- Working across cross - functional teams to get Strategy into execution

- Building processes for evaluating and monitoring the output

- Leading the execution of the strategy's as single Point of Contact across internal and external stakeholders

- Publishing Status reports and regular reviews

Key Stakeholders : 

Internal : 

Business Teams for Converting strategy in execution, publishing Status reports and regular reviews, building processes for evaluating and monitoring the output

- Finance, Technology & HR

- For managing various stakeholders (if required)

External - External Stakeholders: Market Research

Qualification & Experience : 

Work Experience : 4-7 years of experience in Market Research/ Analyst/ Strategy Consulting in Manufacturing, Supply chain, Logistics domains

Knowledge/ Skills : 

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.

- Excellent analytical & communication skills. Should be good in stakeholder management

Education : Graduation & MBA from Tier 1 institute
