The candidate will be expected to manage and grow key critical business accounts and lead client acquisition for specific areas in Enterprise business Role Responsibilities: - Account Management &amp; Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows - Plan, execute and monitor order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS - Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders - Get relevant Enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts - Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement - Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth - Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables - Build &amp; nurture a team of 10-15 sales &amp; operations personnel Candidate Profile : - B. Tech &amp; MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes - 5+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Sales, Account management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial space. Consultative sales &amp; Account mgmt experience would be preferred - Excellent communication &amp; people management skills - High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch - Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology-driven industry
