Brief:

- We are looking for a smart, passionate HR professional who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, building and upholding the People & Culture domain.

Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience across Recruitment/Operations & Office administration

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, Process orientation

- Passion for excellence coupled with patience to drive the last mile

- Multi-stakeholder management

- Team management - he'll be expected to lead a team of 2-3 people (to begin with)

- Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel even in ambiguous situations

Location - Noida

Days of working - We work 6 days a week, with one Saturday off every month
