This is a leadership role for managing e-commerce business and end-to-end Category Management in particular. The candidate will have the complete P&L responsibility for all the categories or a set of diverse categories.   This role is also a leadership role in the overall organizational structure.  Responsibilities:  - Managing a large team of category managers, business development managers, supplier account managers, cataloging team, merchandisers, analysts to drive the overall category management functions  - Cross-functional drive with marketing, supplier partnerships, supply chain teams to ensure growth of category business  - Managing the key suppliers and the vast supply network to ensure the best assortment at the best price  - Managing overall category marketing to ensure growth in visits, branding, positioning in the industry and market  - Managing the marketing, discounts budget  - Managing key large strategic alliances with suppliers, affiliates, brands and related business partners  - Overall responsible for gross margin revenue, logistics expenses and bottom-line for the categories  - Closely working with other key business leaders to drive various innovations in eCommerce business  Skills required:-  - MBA from top institutes (IIM/ISB) only  - Min 2 years relevant category management experience in an established eCommerce organization  - Ready to work in a start-up work environment
