Role Objective -
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to own a P&L and lead a team of sales & operations personnel. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organization.
Role Responsibilities -
- Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise business with end-to-end responsibilities of sales, account management, operations & supply chain management
- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
Key Stakeholders
Internal
- Supply Team: For onboarding, product listing and vendor management
- Operations, Supply chain & Warehouse Teams: Ensuring end to end fulfillment for all orders & Customer NPS
- Finance, Technology & HR: For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers and team members
External
- Customers: Hunting, Farming & Account management
Qualification & Experience
Work Experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial space. Consultative sales experience would be preferred
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry
- Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets
Education
- B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1/1.5 institute
