Role Objective:
- We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to own P&L of Enterprise (South) business and lead a team of 40-50 Sales & Operations personnel across locations. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation.
Role Responsibilities :
- Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise Business in South across multiple centers, with end-to-end responsibility of Sales, Account management, Operations & Supply chain.
- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders.
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables.
- Build & nurture a team of 40-50 sales & operations personnel across cities.
Knowledge/ Skills :
- Excellent communication & people management skills.
- Should have led a sizeable team. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
- Should be proficient in Tamil/ Kannada/ Telugu.
- Should have worked in South India & be familiar with the local ecosystem.
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry.
- Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets.
Education: B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute
