Role Details Function: SME Online Location: Noida Sector 125 Designation: Director/Associate Director - Sales Role Objective We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The role requires a detail-oriented, thorough and organized sales professional to head the team, managing resellers and traders and working on acquiring new customers through calling methods, and in the process of provide excellent customer service while driving revenue growth for the business unit. Role Responsibilities 1. Get relevant customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts 2. Monitor, classify and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure 3. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support 4. Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth. 5. Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders. 6. Supervise sales representatives and assistants and work closely with them while closing sales 7. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals 8. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and important business metrics against given targets 9. Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time. Qualification & Experience Work Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Inside Sales/KAM - Knowledge and experience in new customer acquisition through cold calling - Experience in creating customer database by data-mining the internet or physical sources - Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and active listening and group facilitation Essential Knowledge/ Skills - Start-up experience would be an added advantage. - Attention to detail and analytical skills. - High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch - High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets Education MBA from a reputed institute (Tier 1/1.5)
