Job Description :
- Conceptualizing customer engagement and communications campaign for across the customer touch points - web sites, marketing communications, social media, product catalogs, blogs
- Portal communications - Planning product display, brand descriptions, customer engagement - in a unique way to tell the brand/product story to the potential customers
- It involves web-research to get the facts/information about the products and brands and re-packaging the information for the customers
- Creating - Buying guides- for the customers in textual/rich media content format
- Creating Customer education / awareness programs
- Editing the textual and planning the rich media content
Marketing communications :
- Coming up with the creative catch lines, tag lines, campaign ideas
- Editing PR writing
- Editing Blog / white paper writing
- Planning & editing Social Media engagement campaigns
- Planning & executing all external marketing communications (textual, audio-visual etc.) with internal coordination with category team and external coordination with agencies
Regular web content :
- Regular editing of web content
- Editing and ensuring SEO-oriented writing for all scenarios
Email / database campaigns :
- Conceptualizing, planning and executing regular email campaigns
Qualifications/Skills required :
- Min graduate (MBA/Post graduate with mass communication preferred) + 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Ad/marketing agencies
- Knowledge & marketing experience in Industrial / B2B sectors preferred
- High level of proficiency in professional and creative English writing
- Highly creative with out-of the-box thinking for marketing campaigns
- Knowledge and working experience with SEO, keywords, meta-tags etc.
- Comfortable in research - based writing with zero tolerance to plagiarism
- Good understanding of consumer behavior, psyche
- Result and goal oriented with go-getter attitude
- Hard working and willing to take complete ownership
