Job Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, design, create, test and implement models to optimize business

- Identify process/system gaps and drive change via tech or process

- Analyze data to extract information to be present to CXO's and Investors

- Maintain, track and enhance day-to-day reports

Desired Candidate Background/ Traits: Must Have

- Proven knowledge of end-to-end model including

Design

Creation

Testing

Implementation

- 1+ years of modeling experience

- Experience in Python, SQL and SAS/R, Advanced Excel

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Graduation from a Tier 1 college (example: IIT/NIT/BITS)

Good to have - Not mandatory

- Modelling experience in E-Comm company

- Automation experience

- Experience in BI tools like Qlikview and Tableau

- Knowledge of NoSQL database fundamentals

- Prior start-up experience
