Role Responsibilities : - Driving overall health of the Category - Financial, operational - Analyzing GMV growth, marketing spends and gross margin on sale - Assortment Planning - Brand and Label - Driving Top line growth MoM in line with the targets - Driving Operational metrics through Vendor Management team. - Generating bottom-line through Ad sales - Key suppliers + Brands (working with central Ad sales team) - Brand and Key Supplier Strategic partnerships and Relations Qualification &amp; Experience Essential : Work Experience : - 2-5 years of work experience in similar profile - Experience in onboarding and managing vendors Knowledge/ Skills : - Excellent communication skills Essential - High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch Essential - High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets Essential Education : - MBA from Tier I / Tier II college (IIMs/MDI/IIFT/SCMHRD/IMT/IMI/Fore/DMS-IIT/DSE,DU/Amity or equivalent )
