Role Objective :
- Partner with various cross-functional teams to align on cohesive sales strategy that integrates all offerings to attain annual targets as per AOP
- The incumbent will have the opportunity to touch every part of the business, map out all of the business drivers, and help drive execution across all parts.
Role Responsibilities :
- Diving deep into scorecards to analyze revenue numbers, understand the key variance drivers and provide actionable insights
- Identify, scope and drive critical projects and initiatives that help drive revenue in a scalable manner
- Lead the modelling and development of recommendations for opportunity sizing, allocations, and alignments
- Act as a liaison between sales, customer success, marketing, operations and product teams to provide high-quality, backend support (tools, processes, information) coupled with timely data-driven insights
- Improve the accuracy of supply projection and optimize the logistics process
- Explore pilots to innovate different ways to identify opportunities in customer lifecycle
- Analyze and improve the - lead to closure- conversion rate while reducing overall sales cycle
- Monitor & drive organizational KPIs that are critical for success. Drive the operational cadence at CXO level
- Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution
- Formulate growth strategy along with the business heads & other senior stakeholders

- All functional heads : Coordinate for smart decision making

- Key customers & other stakeholders : Driving growth KPIs & managing critical relationships
Qualification & Experience :
Work Experience :
- 5+ years of post-MBA work experience in role such as Strategy & operations, CEO's office, consulting, corporate planning etc.
- Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills
- Work experience in fast-paced startups
Knowledge/ Skills :
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence
- Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited information
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- Excellent data analytical skills
Education : Graduation & MBA from a premier (Tier -1) institute
