Role Objective

Build, maintain and expand the enterprise customer base by identifying new business opportunities and driving technology adoption with enterprise customers. Play a critical role in taking business to the next level through:

(a) Benchmarking & implementing best practices in digital procurement space

(b) Technology integration with client & increasing user adoption

Role Responsibilities

1. Identify innovative ways to acquire new enterprise customers by radically transforming their end-to-end supply chain (from procurement to delivery) using the Moglix suite of solutions.

2. Lead pre-sales activities for enterprise accounts. Build sales pipeline and pitch tech. integration proposals.

3. Understand customer needs and design tech. integration solutions for the same.

4. Identify alignment gaps with customer teams, and drive transparency and accountability through communication and collaboration.

5. Manage complex sales cycle selling to CXOs.

6. Liaison with clients (and potential clients) for requirement gathering, answering RFQs, delivery, demand management.

7. Work with internal, cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business, Finance, Customer success, SCM etc.) to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations through a rigorous data-driven process.

8. Competitive benchmarking through market research.

Key Stakeholders:

Internal: CEO & other leaders - Driving key strategic initiatives

All functional heads - Coordinate for smart decision making

External: Key customers, & other stakeholders - Driving growth KPIs & managing critical relationships

Work Experience: 6+ years of work experience in "Enterprise grade" software sales with strong demonstration of consultative selling skills (negotiation, preplanning, objection resolution, etc.)

- Astute business sense and articulation skills

- Proposal making experience

Knowledge/ Skills:

1. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence

2. Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited information

3. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of sales acumen, operational rigor, and business excellence

4. Excellent communication & people management skills

5. Excellent data analytical skills

Education Graduation & MBA from a premier (Tier -1/1.5) institute
