Role Objective : The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in finance &amp; accounting function Key Responsibilities : Financial Accounting &amp; Management - Lead - Statutory &amp; Tax audits - AP, AR &amp; GL - Banking Reconciliation &amp; Treasury Management - Inventory Management - Working Capital Management - Financial Due Diligence Taxation - - Direct Tax Compliance &amp; Reporting - GST Compliance &amp; Reporting across various cities - Tax Planning Book Closure - - Monthly, Quarterly closing of Books - AP &amp; AR analysis - Variance analysis Financial Automation - - Lead automation across Finance operations - Automation of reports - Internal Stakeholder Management for Current Enterprise Business - Developing and enabling new businesses Key Stakeholders : - Internal : CEO &amp; VP-Finance for Business Enablement Enterprise Business: Discuss work-related issues, plans with all internal stakeholders External : -Work seamlessly with external stakeholders Qualification &amp; Experience : Work Experience : - 8+ years of experience in leading teams in a fast-paced start-up environment - Strong general management capabilities Knowledge/ Skills : - Good communication &amp; people management skills - High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch Education : - Chartered Accountant (Pref. 1st attempt)
