Role Objective :
The candidate will be responsible for Business finance controllership and direction for critical business units for Moglix
Role Responsibilities :
- Financial Accounting & Management of BUs -
- AP & AR
- Treasury Management
- Inventory Management
- Working Capital Management
- Margin Enhancement
- Revenue Assurance and Cost Optimisation
- Book Closure for BUs
- Monthly, Quarterly closing of Books
- AP & AR analysis
- Budget and financial forecasts
- Variance analysis
- Work towards financial automation of reports
- Internal Stakeholder Management
- Developing and enabling growth of these businesses
- Credit Risk assessment
Key Stakeholders :
Internal:
- BU head, SVP Business & VP- Finance to discuss any issues / conflicts with internal or external stakeholders
External:
- Buyer/ Client/ Suppliers/ Vendors/ Banks to work seamlessly with external stakeholders
Qualification & Experience -
- 8+ years of experience in Business finance, leading finance teams in either large corporates, manufacturing or Big 4s
- Chartered Accountant (Pref. 1st attempt)
Knowledge/ Skills :
- Good communication & people management skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment
