Role Objective

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges.

Candidate would be responsible for leading brand acquisition cohort through a systematic, process-driven approach to brands outreach and relationship management.

Role Responsibilities

1. Research partners, identify key players and generate interest

2. Building strategic partnerships with key industrial brands/OEMs pan-India & driving brand acquisitions through CXO level connects

3. Create a pipeline of Brands for respective EIRs to scale

4. Strategize, build and execute the brand distribution business

5. Leading the vendor/supplier acquisition across different product categories in business & Industrial space

6. Continuously review procedures, controls, and systems to give recommendations for improvements in quality, efficiency & TAT

7. Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with Moglix's contract guidelines and policies

8. Technology adoption for brands - Bringing on Moglix tech platforms and driving their orders, inventory, account statement through the same

Key Stakeholders

Internal : Business Development Team, Catalog Team - Effective coordination towards performance of work and execution of requirements.

External: Target brands & distributors - Customer NPS; For improvement of quality, cost and delivery terms

Qualification & Experience

Work Experience - 5+ years of work experience in channel sales/distributor sales

Knowledge/Skills

1. Excellent sales/business development skills

2. Deep understanding of supplier/distributor ecosystem and networks in specific markets

3. High level of ownership, willingness to strategize & set up a new business model

Education Graduation & MBA from Tier- 1 institute
