Senior Manager - Strategic Partnership & Alliances

Role Objective:

- As a Senior Manager in Strategic Partnerships & Alliances at Credlix, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with financial institutions (Co-lending) to expand our supply chain finance offerings.

- Your role will be crucial in negotiating and executing partnership agreements that align with our strategic goals and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful integration and implementation.

Role Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions to drive business growth. Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring they meet Credlix's strategic and financial objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, operations, and legal, to facilitate seamless integration and implementation of partnership initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and achieve business targets.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities for collaboration.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, effectively communicating Credlix's value proposition and exploring synergies.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in product/portfolio/sales, with a focus on managing assets products, preferably in the NBFC/Bank/ Fintech sector.
