Senior Manager/Associate Director - KAM (Key Account Management) Role Objective : - We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. - The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfilment & Customer NPS. - The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry. Role Responsibilities : - Account Management & Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing/farming key accounts and growing them into cash cows - Drive customer NPS and manage key customer relationships by driving value - Should be able to grow accounts by driving Moglix value proposition - P&L management of accounts handled - End to end responsibility from order to fulfilment for key accounts - Role would require travelling to customer location Qualification & Experience : Work Experience : - 5+ years (At least 2+ years post MBA in sales and operations) in B2B/ Industrial/ Manufacturing sectors. - Industry; New Gen/B2B Commerce/ Industrial products/Machinery. Knowledge/ Skills : - Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills - Exposure in concept selling with Large and multiple engagement
