Role Responsibilities : - Demonstrate sharp analytical skills for coordination across functions with the objective of the fulfillment of orders from national key accounts. - Program managing cross-functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. - Plan, execute, and monitor the customer excellence operations with the objective of reducing delivery TATs - Provide ongoing support to business activities and coordinate between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Marketing & other functions Work Experience : - 4+ years of experience in a similar profile with a strong sense of personal ownership and ability to "get things done" - Start-up experience would be an added advantage. - Excellent data analytical skills, Excellent presentation skills Knowledge/ Skills : - High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited/imperfect information - Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative, and strong desire to excel Education : - B.Tech & MBA from a reputed institute
