Program Manager

Responsibilities:

- Strong experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close

- Strong experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall

- You will serve as a critical interface between the Product, Engineering and cross-functional departments/stakeholders facilitating streamlined decision-making and more efficient business processes.

- Proactively identify, prioritize and execute critical projects and strategic initiatives.

- Perform ad hoc analysis, research and communication as needed.

- Addressing issues, flag risks and jointly determine mitigation approaches.

- Continuously identify operational and structural gaps and help improve existing or develop new processes to maximize efficiency.
