Moglix - Manager - Supplier Quality Assessment

Role Responsibilities :

- Understanding the product portfolio under the scope of Moglix category wise and preparing a roadmap for sourcing of products from the relevant supplier in alignment with Moglix assessment standard (ISA).

- Expert in carrying out comprehensive assessment of supplier readiness and capability of technology, management, product development, resources, logistics and project management.

- Adapts customer and industry requirements and develops the supplier after the audit to meet customer expectations during audits and further in the serial phase in alignment with Moglix process.

- Experience in audits as per standards.

- Bringing supplier or manufacturers in our ecosystem.

- Good experience & amp; knowledge in accessing the 3rd Party Certification by industrial specific Quality

- Management System model across suppliers. Some typical Quality Management Systems (QMS) may include ISO 9001 (General Manufacturing and Services), IATF 16949 or VDA6.1 (Automotive), AS/EN 9100 (Aerospace), ISO 13485 (Medical Devices).

- Should have experience in following standard methodologies by preparing, conducting, and following up quality or technological process audits.

- Carry out audit kick-off meetings, preparation of DMS (data management system) of the audited supplier, conducting the audit with scoring and non-conformity reporting, and validation of the action plan of the audited site or area.
