Role : Manager - Sales

Location : Noida and Pune/Ahmedabad

Role Objective

We are looking for a high-impact and high-energy sales professional with a strong background in Electrical/any manufacturing industry, and a strong inclination to face customers and drive sales in the B2B space- who will be responsible for driving sales in Electrical category by identifying new opportunities and help in Value selling, hunting new accounts, farming of existing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with Customers and OEMS/Distributors in Electrical Category. The role requires a high caliber person with an ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of sales acumen, operational rigor, and business excellence.

Responsibilities

- Build, maintain and expand the customer base by working closely with Key Account Managers; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new business opportunities.

- Experience in value selling-articulating how the product/category creates quantifiable business value for the end customers.

- Ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly Sales & GM % targets

- Active co-ordination with the Brand's sales/after sales team for quick quotes/negotiation on pricing and for resolution of customer complaints & queries

- Actively support/help in sourcing of Electrical products through a good understanding and knowledge of the ecosystem of OEMS/distributors in the Electrical space.

- Be the voice of the field. Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, carry out demonstrations and track competitors in the category.

- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables.

Must Have

- 4 years of experience in B2B sales into Electrical products or Manufacturing industry
