Manager Legal Role Objective : He/She shall posess strong drafting skills and should be comfortable to independently handle negotiations with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple high value transactions, good grasp of commercial laws, regulations, legal concepts. Role Responsibilities : - Drafting, vetting of SHA, SSA, MSA, settlement agreements, NDA, Vendor Agreements, Lease Agreements, legal briefs etc. along with other types of Contracts. - Handling various Compliances as applicable to the Company from time to time. - Assisting in various Due Diligence activities of the Company, risk mitigation, compliance risk assessment, incident management. - Research and advisory for various business operations of the Company. - Coordinate, collaborate with internal stakeholders of the Company from time to time. Work Experience : - 2 - 4 years of experience in legal and compliance function - Preferably from shared services industry where large number of transactions are being processed Knowledge/ Skills : - Excellent communication (verbal & writing) - Knowledge of MS word, Excel, Powerpoint applications Education : LLB degree
