Role Objective :
- We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges.
- He shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS.
Role Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills f managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Plan, execute and monitor order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payables
Key Stakeholders :
Internal - with Sourcing, Operations, Supply chain & Warehouse Teams - Ensuring end to end fulfillment for all orders & Customer NPS
External - with Customers, Key Accounts - Farming & Account management
Work Experience :
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management and Farming in B2B Manufacturing space
- Start-up experience would be an added advantage.
Knowledge/Skills:
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional
