Responsibilities : - Planning and executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules providing monthly financial statements, administering the monthly closing process. - Finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statement as per IND AS / IFRS, preparation of annual and quarterly accounts. - Liaise with statutory and internal auditors. Provide information to auditors and other stakeholders on a timely basis. - Preparation and Consolidation of subsidiaries and sister concerns financial accounts. - Driving general accounting operations from multiple locations, departments and functions for monthly and annual reporting objectives. - Ensuring financial reporting to be in accordance with the applicable guidelines and reporting requirements of the regulators. - Coordinate with various stakeholder (Internal & External) to facilitate audit and financial consolidation and detailed disclosures as per IFRS. - Co-ordination with statutory and internal auditors including Big4 audit firms. Must Have : - Qualified CA degree with 1+ yrs experience in Consolidation function for Indian entities. - Current/Prior exp. of working with Big4's in such environment. - IFRS experience
