Role Objective :
- We are looking for a high-impact and high-energy sales professional who will be responsible for driving the overall sales targets by continuously developing, cultivating, and maintaining strong customer relationship.
-The role requires a high caliber person with an ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of sales acumen, operational rigor, and business excellence.
Role Responsibilities :
- Build new revenue streams in fashion vertical
- Execute the business development plan for fashion vertical, achieve & exceed the targeted sales goals.
- Build strong network across fashion retail supply-chain
- Coordinate with multiple teams like marketing and product within the organization for converting opportunities in the pipeline
- Learn, research and help in improving Moglix fashion platform based on market insights
- Scaling business volumes by exploring opportunities across the value chain
Key Stakeholders :
- Product Team, Marketing Team, Supply Chain Ops team - Ensuring end to end fulfillment for all orders
- Customers - Hunting, Farming & Account Management
- Regional business teams - Ensuring end to end fulfillment for all orders
Work Experience :
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in client facing sales/Business Development profiles. Experience in Fashion retail industry will be Preferred
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Exceptional problem identification, problem articulation and problem solving skill
- Ability to not only position Moglix but also self as an ardent thought leader and ambassador of Moglix
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation
- Hunger to make a difference irrespective of experience, level and seniority
Education :
- Bachelor's degree preferably in business, engineering or fashion retail (Essential)
- MBA from a reputed institute (Desirable)
