Moglix - Director - Packaging

Role Objective:

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to standardize, run 4 PL business vertical for Business pan-India

Role Responsibilities:

- Setting up and managing the complete P&L of 4 PL business.

- Driving sales targets by identifying and closing strategic partnerships with clients.

- Setting up/standardizing strategically Logistics operations for all fulfillment centers pan-India

- Leveraging technology to set up the best processes.

- Build and lead a team to grow the business.

Qualification & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in P & L Management / Business Leadership / Sales/ Supply Chain/ 3 PL Logistics

- Start-up experience would be an added advantage.

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills

- B.tech&MBA from tier 1/2 institute
