Role Objective:

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges.

He/She'll be working with the CEO and the Leadership team on solving for some of the core challenges faced by the Manufacturing sector in India and how India can create a $1T manufacturing sector.

Role Responsibilities:

1) Relationship Building with all stakeholders in Govt, Quasi Govt Bodies, Industry Bodies, Industrial Clusters, Embassies, etc

- Identifying and Participating in relevant Govt / Industry Policy Bodies and Roundtables

- Developing relationships with key members of Govt & Industry bodies

- Working with all stakeholders in the Manufacturing ecosystem to boost Indian competitiveness through policy across Sales, Logistics, Exports, Distribution, Financing

- Cultivating relationships with foreign companies looking at investing in India and exploring JV partnerships

- Evaluating Strategic partnership opportunities for Moglix global foray

2) Moglix Strategy for Aligning with National Priorities

- Researching and developing Moglix positioning on major policy issues

- Developing Moglix Strategy for contributing to major initiatives being driven by Govt / Industry Body's / VC Ecosystem at Central / State levels

- Building Strategy for Moglix to aid cluster specific exports, MSME Vendor Development, Manufacturing Capacity Enhancement etc

- Working with the CEO on special priority projects with Investor community, fellow startup community and Industry Bodies

- Helping shape Moglix expansion strategy across regions within and outside India, across Categories

3) Bias towards Action and taking Idea to Execution

- Working across cross - functional teams to get Strategy into execution

- Building processes for evaluating and monitoring the output

- Leading the execution of the strategy's as single Point of Contact across internal and external stakeholders

- Publishing Status reports and regular reviews

Qualification & Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in Sales/ Account Management in Government/ PSU /Infrastructure/ Manufacturing

- Experience of working within a Government setup is an added advantage

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.

- Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills

- Strong passion for the sector as well as driving change is a must

- B.tech & MBA from tier 1 institute
