Associate Director - KAM & Operations
Key role related skills for this role are :
- The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, farming strategic and large B2B customers, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.
- The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has an ability to drive growth for the team.
Responsibilities :
- P&L role with cross-functional responsibility and ownership. Lead a large team to deliver P&L goals
- Account Management/ Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Number and data driven is a key requirement , should be able to sell the concept persistent selling and should be able to implement Moglix concept
- Customer NPS Lead the key account management teams and oversee the procurement and fulfillment operations for key customers
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all escalations specific to key accounts - develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships - including CXO management
- Increase SOB by identifying and developing more categories at customer end, and drive supplier side negotiations to maximize profit.
- Track, report and own key performances metrics for KAM teams across sales, operations, accounts receivable.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships at every level of customer organization
Experience :
- B2B Sales / KAM background preferred with 15-18 years of experience in B2B/ Industrial/ Manufacturing sectors.
- Must have excellent People/ Team Management skills
- Start-up experience would be an added advantage.
- Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel even in ambiguous situations
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
Education :
- BE+MBA from Tier 1/1.5 college
- Early joiners and candidates with prior experience in Rajasthan is preferred.
