Mogi I/O (www.mogiio.com), a next-generation media tech SaaS venture, is changing the face of the OTT industry with its plug & play, no code, white-label OTT product, and is looking for high potential & high performing candidates to strengthen its founding team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

2. Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.

3. Train and manage a high-performing sales team.

4. Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.

5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

6. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

7. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

8. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

9. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

10. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.

11. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.

12. Analyze sales data to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

2. Strong experience in the Media Tech industry, particularly with a focus on SaaS solutions.

3. Preferred background in engineering from Tier 1 & 2 colleges.

4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results.

6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

7. Familiarity with the latest sales technologies and tools.
